Shipping costs for returns due to customer error are the customer's responsibility, and there is no restocking fee for returns or exchanges, except for uniforms, where there is a 15% restocking fee for all team orders of 10 or more, and a 25% restocking fee for orders over $1000. Payment is accepted via credit card, PayPal, and e-checks. Purchase orders require a minimum amount of $100, and payment is due within 30 days. Exchanges are available for different sizes, colors, or items. Refusal of a package will result in original and return shipping charges being charged to the original form of payment. Orders to Canada may take an additional 1-3 business days to ship, while orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and military personnel are shipped using different shipping methods. The company does not deliver to P.O. Boxes via UPS.
